Mr. Reynolds has litigated complex personal injury cases since 2007. Mr. Reynolds spent eight years practicing on the defense side of personal injury litigation (primarily defending large corporations and national trucking companies) which gives him a unique perspective and knowledge base from which he now represents injured parties. Mr. Reynolds focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, tractor-trailer accidents, medical malpractice and nursing home abuse and neglect.

Mr. Reynolds is admitted to practice in all courts in South Carolina; U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina; and the United States 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has tried cases involving personal injuries in multiple courts and has litigated cases all over the southeastern United States.
Born and raised in Columbia, SC, Mr. Reynolds received his B.A. from The Citadel in Charleston, SC and J.D. from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association; South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Association of Justice. Mr. Reynolds is also heavily involved in the community serving as Vice Chair of the City of Columbia’s Commercial Revolving Loan Fund Committee from 2013-2015 and was recently appointed by Columbia City Counsel to serve on Columbia’s first Citizens/Police Advisory Committee which reviews all complaints filed by citizens against Columbia’s police officers.
Mr. Reynolds’ background defending large corporate clients in personal injury litigation brings a unique background and skills to the issues that are facing his clients in an effort to achieve a favorable resolution.
